By purchasing a product from CorusDigital, you agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage is product-specific and may vary between products.
The applicable warranty period, if any, will be mentioned on the product page, product packaging, invoice, warranty card, or accompanying documentation.
Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Provider
Warranty service is provided by CorusDigital.
Depending on the product, warranty service may be performed directly by CorusDigital, an authorized service partner, supplier, or manufacturer.
3. What Is Covered
Subject to inspection and approval, warranty may cover:
· Manufacturing defects
· Hardware malfunctions occurring during normal use
· Functional defects not caused by customer actions
· Product failures arising from defects in materials or workmanship
Warranty approval is subject to technical verification.
4. What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover:
· Physical damage
· Water or liquid damage
· Burnt or electrically damaged products
· Mishandling or negligence
· Accidental damage
· Improper installation
· Incorrect voltage or power supply usage
· Unauthorized repairs or modifications
· Software tampering or firmware modification
· Damage caused by misuse
· Cosmetic wear and tear
· Normal aging of components
· Consumable items unless specifically stated
Any product found to have damage caused by the customer may be excluded from warranty coverage.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact CorusDigital support and provide:
· Order details
· Product details
· Description of the issue
· Photos or videos demonstrating the problem (if requested)
Additional information may be required to verify the claim.
6. Inspection & Verification
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and technical verification.
CorusDigital reserves the right to:
· Request additional information
· Conduct troubleshooting
· Inspect the returned product
· Reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions
Warranty approval is not automatic and remains subject to verification.
7. Pickup & Shipping
CorusDigital may arrange pickup services whenever possible.
Pickup availability depends on:
· Customer location
· Courier coverage
· Product category
· Claim approval status
Where pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to a designated service location.
CorusDigital reserves the right to determine the most appropriate logistics method for each warranty claim.
8. Repair or Replacement
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, CorusDigital may, at its sole discretion:
· Repair the product
· Replace the product
· Replace the defective part
· Provide an equivalent replacement product
Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or equivalent in performance and functionality.
9. No Refund Under Warranty
Warranty service is intended to provide repair, replacement, or equivalent resolution.
Refunds are generally not provided under warranty claims.
CorusDigital reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on product condition, availability, and technical assessment.
10. Products Found Working
If a product submitted under warranty is inspected and found to be functioning normally, CorusDigital reserves the right to reject the warranty claim.
In such cases:
· The product may be returned to the customer.
· Shipping charges may apply.
· No replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided.
The final determination regarding functionality shall be made by CorusDigital or its authorized representatives.
11. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty coverage shall become void if:
· Product serial numbers are removed, altered, or damaged
· Product is modified without authorization
· Product is opened by unauthorized personnel
· Product is used contrary to instructions
· Evidence of misuse or tampering is found
12. Limitation of Liability
CorusDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
Warranty coverage is limited solely to the remedies described in this policy.
