3. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item within 1 calendar day (24 hours) from the time of delivery.
Requests received after this period may be rejected.
4. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
· A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video
· Clear photos of the product
· Photos of the shipping package and shipping label
· A detailed description of the issue
The unboxing video must start before opening the sealed package and continue until the product and accessories are fully inspected.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
5. Inspection & Approval Process
All return requests are reviewed and verified by the CorusDigital support team.
CorusDigital reserves the right to:
· Request additional photos or videos
· Request troubleshooting steps
· Verify product condition
· Conduct technical inspection
· Reject claims that cannot be verified
Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
The final decision regarding eligibility rests solely with CorusDigital.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise approved by CorusDigital in writing:
· Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
· Customers must securely pack the product before return shipment.
In certain cases, CorusDigital may arrange pickup services at its discretion depending on product category, service availability, and claim approval status.
7. Condition of Returned Products
Approved returns must be returned:
· In original condition
· With original packaging
· With all accessories, manuals, cables, and included items
· Without additional damage caused after delivery
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
8. Missing Item Claims
Any claim regarding missing accessories, components, or items included with the order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide an uninterrupted unboxing video and supporting photographs for verification.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
9. Products Found to Be Working
If a returned product is inspected and found to be functioning normally, free from manufacturing defects, and operating as intended, CorusDigital reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.
In such cases:
· The product may be returned to the customer.
· Return shipping and re-shipping charges may apply.
· No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
The final determination regarding product functionality shall be made by CorusDigital or its authorized representatives.
10. Improper Use & Unauthorized Modifications
Products shall not be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or warranty service if the issue is determined to have resulted from:
· Improper installation
· Incorrect voltage or power supply usage
· Physical damage
· Water or liquid damage
· Mishandling or negligence
· Unauthorized repairs or modifications
· Software tampering or firmware modification
· Use contrary to product instructions
CorusDigital reserves the right to inspect and verify the cause of any reported issue before approving a claim.
11. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved:
· Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
· Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after approval.
· Banking and payment gateway processing times may vary.
12. Partial Refunds
CorusDigital reserves the right to issue partial refunds where:
· Returned products are incomplete
· Accessories are missing
· Product value has been reduced due to customer handling
· Packaging is significantly damaged or missing
13. Replacement Option
Where applicable, CorusDigital may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement availability depends on:

14. Fraud Prevention
CorusDigital reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
Customers providing false information, manipulated videos, fraudulent claims, or misleading evidence may be denied future services and order privileges.
15. Order Cancellation
CorusDigital reserves the right to cancel orders before shipment due to:

· Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded.
